He later honed his craft at the iconic Spenger's Fresh Fish Grotto, and continued developing his approach to dining with Mina Group and Omakase Restaurant Group, cultivating a deep respect for precision, thoughtful service, and California’s exceptional ingredients. Guided by the belief that true hospitality starts with personal fulfillment and strong team culture, he is dedicated to creating seamless, genuine experiences that leave every guest feeling cared for and at home.
