If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, we always appreciate you sharing them with us in advance of your reservation. This allows our kitchen and service team to prepare and guide you with care. We will always do our best to accommodate wherever possible.
That said, our menu is rooted in tradition and seasonality, and many dishes rely on ingredients that are essential to their identity. Because of this, our tasting menu is not able to accommodate allium or nightshade allergies, as these are foundational to its structure.
For guests who are vegetarian, we typically offer a few options on the menu, though they are limited and may include ingredients such as chapulines. At this time, we are not able to offer a vegetarian or vegan tasting menu, and we do not have vegan preparations available.
Our kitchen is small and very focused, which means we can’t always be everything for everyone. For those seeking a wider range of vegetarian or vegan options, we warmly recommend our sister restaurant Dalida.
